A Treatment Plan Designed Around Your Facial Structure
Personalized Facial Lifting at Kate Clinic
A Treatment Plan Designed Around Your Facial Structure
Facial aging does not occur in the same way for everyone. Some people notice a heavier jawline, while others are concerned about deep nasolabial folds, reduced cheek support, loose skin, or a longer-looking midface. Because the depth, direction, and cause of sagging may differ, selecting a lifting treatment based only on the name of a device may not provide an appropriate solution.
At Kate Clinic, we begin by carefully examining the individual structure of the face rather than immediately recommending a popular procedure. Skin thickness, facial fat distribution, muscle movement, volume loss, and the direction of tissue descent are evaluated before the treatment plan is established.
Our goal is not to make every face look the same. We aim to create a personalized lifting plan that supports the patient’s natural facial balance.
Why Personalized Lifting Matters
A lifting procedure should not simply pull the skin upward.
Facial aging may involve several layers, including the skin surface, dermis, subcutaneous fat, retaining ligaments, and deeper structural tissue. In some cases, skin laxity is the primary concern. In others, volume loss or downward displacement of the cheek tissue may make the face appear tired or elongated.
Treating only one layer may not sufficiently address these different changes. For this reason, Kate Clinic offers a customized lifting approach that may combine energy-based devices, thread lifting, and collagen-supporting procedures according to the patient’s condition.
Our lifting lineup includes Ultherapy PRIME, TuneFace, Titanium Lifting, and thread lifting. Each procedure works at a different depth and serves a different role within the overall treatment design.
Ultherapy PRIME for Deeper Structural Support
Ultherapy PRIME is a non-surgical lifting procedure that delivers microfocused ultrasound energy beneath the skin.
The ultrasound energy is directed toward selected tissue depths, including deeper supportive layers that cannot be reached by ordinary surface treatments. Controlled thermal stimulation may encourage the body’s natural collagen-remodeling response, gradually improving the appearance of skin laxity and facial contours.
Ultherapy PRIME may be considered for concerns such as:
- A less-defined jawline
- Mild to moderate cheek sagging
- Loose skin around the lower face
- Reduced firmness beneath the chin
- Early signs of neck laxity
- A tired or heavy facial appearance
One of the important features of Ultherapy technology is ultrasound imaging, which allows the practitioner to examine tissue layers during treatment. However, the number of shots, treatment depth, energy level, and target areas should still be determined according to the individual’s skin thickness, fat distribution, and facial anatomy.
At Kate Clinic, Ultherapy PRIME is not applied according to a uniform facial template. Areas that require structural lifting are differentiated from areas where facial volume should be preserved.
TuneFace for Skin Firmness and Elasticity
TuneFace is an energy-based treatment used to support skin tightening and collagen remodeling.
Rather than focusing only on deeper lifting, TuneFace can be incorporated into a treatment plan when dermal elasticity, loose skin texture, or overall facial firmness requires attention. The treatment area and energy settings are adjusted after evaluating the thickness and condition of the patient’s skin.
TuneFace may be considered for patients who are concerned about:
- Reduced facial elasticity
- Mild skin laxity
- Fine lines and creases
- A softer or less-defined facial contour
- Progressive changes associated with collagen loss
Ultherapy PRIME and TuneFace may be combined in Kate Clinic’s customized program known as Tunethera. Ultherapy PRIME is used to approach deeper structural tissue, while TuneFace provides complementary treatment for the dermal and subdermal layers. The combination is planned only when treating multiple depths is considered appropriate for the patient.
Titanium Lifting for Contouring and Skin Quality
Titanium Lifting uses multiple wavelengths of light energy to approach different skin depths. It may be selected when the treatment goal includes facial contour refinement, skin tightening, and improvement in the overall appearance of the skin.
Because Titanium Lifting is equipped with a contact-cooling system, it may be considered by patients who are concerned about discomfort during an energy-based procedure. Treatment experiences, however, may still differ depending on the area, energy settings, and individual sensitivity.
Titanium Lifting may be used for concerns involving:
- Mild facial sagging
- Blurred jawline definition
- Fullness beneath the chin
- Uneven facial contours
- Reduced skin firmness
- Dull or tired-looking skin
Kate Clinic also offers a combination program called Tuntanium, which incorporates TuneFace and Titanium Lifting. This approach may be planned when both skin firmness and facial contouring need to be addressed without relying on a single type of energy.
Thread Lifting for Directional Tissue Repositioning
Energy-based lifting stimulates tissue through ultrasound, radiofrequency, or light-based energy. Thread lifting takes a different approach by placing absorbable medical threads beneath the skin to support and reposition descended tissue.
The procedure may be considered when a patient requires more direct improvement in areas such as the cheeks, nasolabial folds, jowls, or midface.
However, simply inserting more threads does not necessarily create a more natural result. The direction of tissue descent, thread entry point, anchoring position, amount of tension, and existing facial volume must all be considered.
Kate Clinic provides a signature midface thread-lifting program designed to address downward cheek movement and changes in midface proportion. When necessary, thread lifting may be combined with a carefully selected volume-supporting procedure rather than excessively pulling the tissue in one direction.
The objective is to improve facial balance while avoiding an excessively tight, artificial, or overfilled appearance.
A Layer-by-Layer Custom Lifting Plan
There is no single lifting device that is appropriate for every facial concern.
A patient with thin skin and reduced elasticity may require a different approach from someone with thicker skin, heavier lower-face tissue, or pronounced volume loss. Likewise, a patient with early laxity may not need the same treatment intensity as someone with more noticeable tissue descent.
Kate Clinic’s custom lifting plan may include:
Deep structural lifting
Ultherapy PRIME may be used to approach deeper supportive layers.
Dermal tightening
TuneFace may be selected to support collagen remodeling and skin firmness.
Contour and skin-quality management
Titanium Lifting may be incorporated to refine the facial outline and overall skin appearance.
Directional repositioning
Thread lifting may be considered when descended tissue requires mechanical support.
Volume and collagen support
Selected collagen-stimulating or volume-supporting procedures may be discussed when facial hollowing contributes to an aged appearance.
Not every patient requires a combination treatment. In some cases, one carefully selected procedure may be more appropriate than using several devices at once. The treatment plan should be based on medical assessment rather than the number of procedures performed.
Consultation and Treatment by the Medical Director
At Kate Clinic, consultation and treatment are conducted directly by the medical director.
This structure helps ensure that the concerns discussed during consultation are consistently reflected in the actual treatment design. The medical director evaluates the facial structure, explains the available options, and determines the appropriate treatment areas and energy settings.
Kate Clinic emphasizes diagnosis and explanation before recommending a procedure. We believe that understanding why a particular treatment is being considered is an important part of making an informed medical decision.
What to Expect After a Lifting Procedure
Recovery and post-treatment reactions vary according to the procedure.
After an energy-based lifting treatment, temporary redness, warmth, tenderness, swelling, tightness, or sensitivity may occur. Thread lifting may cause swelling, bruising, discomfort, asymmetry, dimpling, or a pulling sensation during the early recovery period.
Most reactions gradually improve, but the recovery process differs from person to person. Patients should follow the post-treatment instructions provided by the medical staff and contact the clinic if an unusual or persistent reaction occurs.
The degree of improvement, onset of visible change, and duration of the result may vary depending on age, skin condition, facial anatomy, lifestyle, procedure type, and treatment intensity. No lifting procedure can completely stop the natural aging process.
Begin with an Individual Facial Assessment
The most expensive device or the largest number of shots is not automatically the best choice.
A well-planned lifting procedure begins by identifying which facial layer has changed, what should be lifted, and what should be preserved. At Kate Clinic, we design treatments based on the individual flow and balance of the face rather than applying the same formula to every patient.
Through a detailed consultation, we will help you understand the differences between Ultherapy PRIME, TuneFace, Titanium Lifting, thread lifting, and combination programs. A personalized plan will then be discussed according to your facial structure, concerns, expected recovery, and treatment goals.
